1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Research Use Only Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place any orders.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by CertifiedPEPS are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition. 3. Buyer Eligibility

By placing an order or using this site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a researcher, laboratory professional, institution, or similarly qualified individual with a legitimate research purpose for the products you purchase;
• You will store, handle, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards and local, state, and federal law;
• You will not resell, repackage, or distribute any product for human or veterinary consumption; and
• You are acting in compliance with all import, export, and controlled-substance laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we reasonably believe a product will be used outside the scope of our Research Use Only Policy.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. See our Refund Policy for full details on damaged or incorrect orders.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Order history, tracking information, and COA references are available to signed-in customers through the My Account section. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Payments

Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. CertifiedPEPS only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded. By providing payment information, you authorize CertifiedPEPS to charge the applicable amount.

7. Shipping

CertifiedPEPS currently ships within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

8. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

You acknowledge that research chemicals can be hazardous if mishandled and agree to assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CertifiedPEPS, LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use, misuse, or handling of any product.

9. Limitation of Liability

CertifiedPEPS, LLC assumes no liability for the misuse of any product sold through this site. Products are provided "as is" for research purposes, and CertifiedPEPS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond laboratory research use.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including product descriptions, graphics, and the CertifiedPEPS name and logo, is the property of CertifiedPEPS, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CertifiedPEPS, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
