Legal & Research Use Restrictions
Last updated: August 2026. This page sets out the restrictions under which every CertifiedPEPS product is sold. Placing an order means you have read, understood, and accepted them.
This is a condition of sale — not a disclaimer
The restrictions below aren't boilerplate we're required to post — they're the terms your order is actually sold under. Every compound CertifiedPEPS ships is manufactured, packaged, and released against a Certificate of Analysis for laboratory research, and every sale we complete depends on the buyer agreeing to use it that way. If you can't agree to every point below, don't place an order.
Laboratory Research Use Only
Every product on this site — including CP3-R, TESA, MOTS-C, and GHK-Cu — is sold strictly as a chemical reference material for use by qualified personnel in a controlled laboratory environment. None of it is labeled, packaged, or represented as fit for human or veterinary consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application, under any circumstance.
By placing an order, you represent that you are a researcher, laboratory professional, institution, or similarly qualified individual with a legitimate research purpose for the products you buy, and that you will store, handle, and dispose of them according to applicable laboratory safety standards and law.
Not a Drug, Supplement, or Food Product
Nothing sold on this site is a drug, dietary supplement, food, or cosmetic, and none of it is approved by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body for diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease or condition in a human or animal. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, and no product description, purity figure, or COA should be read as a recommendation, endorsement, or instruction for human use, dosing, or administration of any kind.
United States Sale & Shipping Only
CertifiedPEPS sells and ships within the United States only. We do not sell to, or knowingly ship to, addresses outside the US, and orders may not be exported or forwarded internationally after delivery. See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery details.
Prohibited Uses
You may not purchase, resell, repackage, or distribute any product from this site for human or veterinary consumption, or represent any product as fit for such use. You may not use any product in a manner that violates federal, state, or local law, including controlled-substance and import/export law.
Assumption of Risk & No Warranty
You acknowledge that research chemicals can be hazardous if mishandled and assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of anything you buy from us. Products are provided "as is" for research purposes only — CertifiedPEPS, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, beyond that use, and assumes no liability for misuse. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CertifiedPEPS, LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use, misuse, or handling of any product.
Governing Law
These restrictions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them is resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
