Two Ways To Get More From Every Order
Rewards and Loyalty are two separate, always-on programs that both run automatically on every order — there's nothing to sign up for. Here's exactly how each one works.
Rewards Points
A lifetime points balance. Earn 0.5 points per $1 spent, redeem for any product at 10 points per $1 of its price.
Loyalty Tiers
A quarterly spend race with 4 thresholds. Spend more this calendar quarter, unlock bigger rewards — resets every quarter.
Rewards Points
Earn 0.5 points for every $1 of product spend. Your balance, full earning history, and every product you can redeem are always visible on your account's Rewards page.
How do I earn points?+
You earn 0.5 points for every $1 of product spend on a completed order — that's your order total after any discount code is applied, but before shipping. Points are added automatically once your payment goes through; there's nothing to opt into.
How do I redeem points?+
From the Rewards page, pick any available reward product you have enough points for — it's added to your cart as a free item (you'll still pay real shipping). Check your running balance and full history any time from the Rewards page.
Do points expire?+
No. Your points balance is a running lifetime total shown on your Rewards page, along with a full history of every point earned.
Does redeeming points earn more points?+
No — an order placed using points (a free product) doesn't earn additional points itself. Points are only earned on orders you pay for.
What happens to my points if I get refunded?+
If an order that earned points is fully refunded, those points are removed from your balance. Partial refunds are reviewed manually rather than automatically adjusting points.
Loyalty Tiers
Your product spend this calendar quarter tracks toward 4 independent, cumulative reward tiers:

How is my quarterly spend calculated?+
The same way Rewards points are: your product spend after any discount code, before shipping. It only counts orders you actually paid for.
Can I unlock more than one tier in the same quarter?+
Yes. All four tiers are independent and cumulative — if you spend $3,000 in a single calendar quarter, you unlock all four rewards, not just the highest one you reached.
When does my progress reset?+
At the start of every calendar quarter — January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 (midnight). Whatever you unlocked but didn't redeem does not carry over.
When can I redeem an unlocked tier reward?+
As soon as you unlock it — your Loyalty page shows a Redeem button on any tier you've reached that quarter. Tier 1 and 3 rewards give you a discount code instantly; Tier 2 and 4 let you pick your free vial(s) and add them to your cart.
Does redeeming a tier reward still earn Rewards points?+
A regular paid order still earns Rewards points and still counts toward next quarter's Loyalty spend, same as any other order. Redeeming a free vial or discount code does not itself earn points, and does not count as spend.
Do I still pay shipping on a free vial?+
Yes — Tier 2 and Tier 4 rewards give you the product(s) for free, but real shipping cost still applies.
What happens to an unlocked reward if I get refunded?+
If a refund drops your quarterly spend back below a tier's threshold, an unclaimed voucher for that tier is reversed. Rewards you've already redeemed are not taken back.
