Who We Are
CertifiedPEPS LLC supplies high-purity research peptides — including CP3 (RETA), TESA (Tesamorelin), MOTS-C, and GHK-Cu — to laboratories, academic institutions, and qualified independent researchers. We were founded on a simple premise: researchers should be able to verify what they receive, without exception.
Every batch we sell is manufactured under controlled conditions, assigned a unique batch number, and sent to an independent third-party laboratory for identity and purity testing via HPLC and mass spectrometry. The resulting Certificate of Analysis (COA) is linked directly from each product page, so you can review the data for the exact batch you are ordering before — and after — you buy.
CertifiedPEPS does not manufacture finished pharmaceutical products, and nothing we sell is intended for use in humans or animals. Our customers are researchers, and our products are research chemicals — supplied, labeled, and described accordingly.
Research Use Only Policy
All products sold by CertifiedPEPS are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.
1. Purpose & Scope
Products listed on this site, including but not limited to CP3 (RETA), TESA, MOTS-C, and GHK-Cu, are sold exclusively as chemical reference materials and research compounds for use by qualified personnel in controlled laboratory environments. They are not labeled, packaged, or represented as suitable for human consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or topical application to humans or animals under any circumstance.
2. Buyer Eligibility & Representations
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using this site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are a researcher, laboratory professional, institution, or similarly qualified individual or entity with a legitimate research purpose for the products you purchase;
- You will store, handle, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards and local, state, and federal law;
- You will not resell, repackage, or distribute any product for human or veterinary consumption, and will not represent any product as fit for such use; and
- You are acting in compliance with all import, export, and controlled-substance laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. No Medical or Health Claims
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, and no statement regarding any product has been evaluated by the FDA. Any descriptive or scientific information provided is for research-context reference only and must not be interpreted as a recommendation, endorsement, or instruction for human use, dosing, or administration.
4. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification
You acknowledge that research chemicals can be hazardous if mishandled and agree to assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CertifiedPEPS LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use, misuse, or handling of any product.
5. Limitation of Liability
CertifiedPEPS LLC assumes no liability for the misuse of any product sold through this site. Products are provided "as is" for research purposes, and CertifiedPEPS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond laboratory research use. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this Research Use Only Policy in full.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the CertifiedPEPS website and your purchase of any products offered for sale. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to the Research Use Only Policy above.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we reasonably believe a product will be used outside the scope of this Research Use Only Policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Order history, tracking information, and COA references are available to signed-in customers through the My Account section.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product descriptions, graphics, and the CertifiedPEPS name and logo, is the property of CertifiedPEPS LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CertifiedPEPS LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
CertifiedPEPS collects only the information necessary to process orders, manage accounts, and provide customer support — including name, shipping address, email address, and order history. Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
How We Use Your Data
- To fulfill and ship your orders;
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and account-related emails;
- To provide order tracking and history through your account;
- To send occasional product or restock updates, only if you opt in via the newsletter signup.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Limited data is shared with service providers strictly as needed to operate the store — for example, Stripe for payment processing, our shipping carriers for delivery, and Supabase for secure account and order storage.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account will remove your stored profile information but may retain anonymized order records as required for accounting and compliance purposes.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, along with tracking information visible from your account under Order Tracking. CertifiedPEPS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the sensitive, temperature- controlled nature of research peptides — and to preserve the cold-chain integrity and batch-level Certificate of Analysis associated with every vial — we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped. This policy ensures that no product can be returned to inventory or resold after it has left the conditions under which its purity and stability are guaranteed.
We encourage you to carefully review each product's description, COA, and your order details before completing checkout. If you have questions about a product before ordering, please contact us — we're happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
The Return Policy above governs all sales. As a limited accommodation — and not a return — CertifiedPEPS may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement or refund where an order arrives with visible shipping damage or does not match what was ordered. To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with photos or video clearly showing the product and its packaging as received, before the item is opened, used, or altered in any way. Claims reported after this window, or involving products that have already been opened or used, are not eligible. CertifiedPEPS reserves the right to request additional information and to decline any claim it determines, in its sole discretion, not to reflect genuine shipping damage or a fulfillment error on our part.
